Google keeps dropping that hiring-qualifications limbo bar. Someone was hunting for a Google job and saw a job posting with a general BA requirement. The would-be applicant e-mailed a friend who works at the Plex and heard the following back:
This gig reports to me - our draconian hiring laws call for an mba and a minimum 3.5 undergrad gpa ... Both from top tier schools
Damn, harsh. Google's checking undergrad grades — next year they'll ask for every applicant's kindergarten transcript. Hopefully this MBA line was just a joke, but with Google, who the hell knows?
