Conflicting reports continue to stream from the Googleplex about Candygate. Despite claims in earlier leaked memos, another Googler has spotted M&M's of both major varieties. (No word on whether they're Van Halenized.

While there is much less candy in the Google snack bins, the M&Ms, both plain and peanut are still there. The bins near my current "desk" have M&Ms, Lifesavers, and Gummi Bears. My favorite sugar laden cereals have disappeared though, no more Tigger the Tiger.

Valleywag has attempted to embed a reporter for an ongoing investigation, but the future looks bleak. The Plex has still not granted this blog a pass to tomorrow's Press Day, despite mainstream media attention to the cause.
