After losing an appeal, yesterday, video blogger may be kept in jail till next July, which would be the longest incarceration of a journalist in recent American history. Depending on your definition of a journalist, but that's the issue. Federal prosecutors are trying to get Josh Wolf, the blogger, to turn over tapes of an anarchist protest in San Francisco. Wolf, saying he needs to protect his journalistic sources, refuses.
