Uncle Terry applies to the fraternity

0414 Terry Semel-3Techcrunch has Yahoo's internal presentation on a proposed acquisition of Facebook, the social network site for college students. Some interesting data on the price the troubled internet media corp was prepared to pay: a valuation of $750m in the first quarter, $1bn by the middle of the year, and $1.62bn by the autumn; always short of Facebook's rising expectations.
