Sumner Redstone's Viacom, from the text of the media conglomerate's $1bn lawsuit against the Mountain View search giant, sounds pretty implacable. But someone forgot to send the memo to the 83-year-old tycoon's other media business. CBS, the TV network where Redstone is also chairman, just agreed to share March Madness clips on Google's video sharing site, and split the advertising revenue. Oops.
