Google cofounder "big fan" of voter education, other drivel

Upset that the United States ranks in the bottom 20 percent of voter participation, activist bloggers at Why Tuesday entered a YouTube contest where the winner got to interrupt the Google founders' Davos trip with a question. After they won, the Why Tuesday guys asked if a company like Google or Apple would ever put their resources toward online voting solutions. Here, Google cofounder Sergey Brin responds to the question, but he doesn't much answer it.

I think an important part of voting is to have a public that's engaged and interested. YouTube is a great platform for that. There's more opportunity. I'm a big fan of education and engagement.
Then after the camera went off, we're sure he said, "Now, about those Schokolade Kuchens." Mmm. Cookies.
