Yahoo's board of directors will speak today, but over the phone. An in-person board meeting won't take place until next Wednesday, BoomTown reports. Meanwhile, thanks to Silicon Alley Insider's handy calculator, I know how much the board's delaying tactics have cost Yahoo shareholders: Some $2.8 billion.
