Thanks for the good wishes. Yes, we have some VERY laid-back things planned for the meetup. Vancouver just isn't like California. I like them both, but they are very, very different. For instance, you simply cannot get your phonecalls/emails returned on a Friday afternoon up here, year round. Everyone is at Whistler or the Gulf Islands or pretending they are.

Sorry to hear that. Maybe someone in the States could do one on the West Coast sometime. I don't think there's ever been one, except those parties Valleywag used to host.
