    'I think we've learned'

Scott Milener, CEO of a browser plugin maker, is not responding to emails from Michael Arrington. The Techcrunch publisher was trying to confirm that the startup, Browster, was out of business. Milener, who helped burn through $51m of investment as head of business development at eVoice during the last cycle, used to be more communicative. This summer, before Browster faltered, Milener talked the influential tech news maven into a 24-minute documentary on the new internet wave. The full clip, inside, but, first, a priceless quote from Milener.

"So Web two-oh is not a bubble," says Milener. "Web one-oh clearly was, I think we've learned from that."
