Kara Swisher, in her lead story on the new All Things Digital, says young hotshot Jeff Weiner may have taken on additional responsibilities at Yahoo — but he's not, not yet at least — got the top job in charge of products. All Things D, by the way, just launched today. The Wall Street Journal spinoff site looks good, and it has stars in Swisher, one of the business newspaper's most gossipy reporters, and Walt Mossberg, the paper's legendary tech reviewer. But it will stick to the newspaper's starchy policy on tech personalities: ""There are plenty of places on the Web where you can accuse tech moguls of being greedy or vain. This isn't one of them." Oh, pity.
