    Deal notes

E-1Digg. The tech linkdump was hottest of the hot when it appeared on the cover of BusinessWeek. Should have sold then. Traffic is still growing, but potential acquirors worry about low clickthrough rates on ads. 60%

SeTechnorati. Got halfway down the road with Fox Interactive earlier in the year, still talking to everyone and anyone, because that's just Dave Sifry's way. The blog search engine took too much in funding, in the last round, so deal would have to be rich for founders to make anything. 20%

NeGigaom. Om Malik's feeling the pressure as an independent tech news publisher, but he has a growing audience, low cost base and supportive investors, so there's no real rush to sell. 40%

N-2Bubbleshare. Gigaom and Techcrunch agree, so it must be true. Bubbleshare is close to a deal with Fox Interactive, for about $5m. I have no idea what Bubbleshare even is. 90%

Ne-1Meevee. A more sensible investment than buying a Youtube clone, the personalized TV guide site has advertised its availability. Talking to major media companies. 60%

Ne-2pMachine. The one deal rumor going round the Web 2.0 conference. There's been no announcement, and it would be surprising if any investor or acquiror wanted to put much money into an alsoran blogging platform. But conference buzz is never entirely wrong. 50%

E-2Sirius and XM. The satellite radio companies may merge, may get bought by Apple. Nobody knows. But SeekingAlpha makes a few guesses. 40%

Se-3Eyeblaster. More on this one later. The rich media ad company should sell easily. But it's been on the block for six months, market share declining more rapidly than the owner's expectations, and that's always a problem. 30%

N-3Facebook. It's not even much of a secret any more that Facebook is on the market. As one of only two independent social network sites with real momentum, there's a shortage of supply, and much demand from Big Internet. 90%
