Selling ads on videos must be hard. That'd be why
Revver, a video hosting service that missed out when
Blip.tv monopolized the good web shows and YouTube took the amateurs, is running video ads for a client that no longer exists. While watching my
favorite anime parody, I saw this ad for
Acceptable.tv, a web-based program by VH1. But that program died out this summer, so the ad points to old episodes. Unless Revver is paying shows to host this dead ad, those shows might as well be on Blip or YouTube.
